American Friends of Jewish Bolivia
Imagine being Jewish hundreds of miles from the nearest source of kosher food, Jewish education or community support. Jewish Bolivia House is creating a warm Jewish home in one of the world’s smallest and most isolated Jewish communities. We provide Shabbat and holiday meals, kosher food, Torah learning, children’s programs, humanitarian and wellbeing support, and a welcoming place for local Jews and Jewish travelers passing through Bolivia. For families who have long felt isolated and forgotten, this is more than a community center. It is a place to belong and reconnect with Jewish life. Your support helps keep the doors open, the Shabbat table set and Jewish life accessible in Bolivia. Please join us so that no Jew here feels forgotten.

PENTICTON RECOVERY RESOURCE SOCIETY
Penticton Recovery Resource Society, operating as Discovery House, is a registered charity helping men reclaim their lives from substance use. Based in Penticton, BC, we provide safe, substance-free supportive recovery housing and a structured 90-day treatment program, followed by Continuing Care for up to one year. Our comprehensive approach addresses the whole person through individual and group counselling, peer-based recovery support, mental health and trauma-informed care, life-skills development, physical wellness, employment and education support, relapse prevention, and community connection. Discovery House helps men build the skills, relationships, stability, and confidence needed for lasting recovery and independent living. By supporting each participant’s recovery, we also help restore families, strengthen communities, reduce stigma, and create hope for a healthier future.
